Feeling Stuck

Feeling stuck is a pervasive sense of being unable to move forward, whether in life, work, or personal growth. It’s a heavy, almost paralyzing sensation, like you're trapped in a loop, unable to break free or see a way out. Despite your best efforts, progress feels elusive, and you might find yourself questioning your choices, your direction, or even your ability to move ahead.This feeling often arises when there's a disconnect between where you are and where you want to be. It can be triggered by external circumstances—such as a lack of opportunity, support, or clarity—or by internal barriers, like self-doubt, fear, or a lack of motivation.
